1. How have prices in regional Victoria changed over the past 12 months compared with that of Melbourne metro?

I was up in your area between Christmas and New Year and saw a marked distinction in how some of the towns operated, as well as saw how amazing the quality of some homes and money people are now investing in the area. For instance, Trentham and Daylesford were pumping...Kyneton and Castlemaine were ghost towns. What is it that the communities are doing well, to make people want to buy into these towns?

9. Is it cheaper to live in the country, or would you be swapping apples for oranges (like say your petrol bill might go up, but your McDonalds bill will go down)?

11. Lastly, how quickly is property selling in Daylesford and Trentham at the moment?
